Processing and Shipping Times
At Good Vibez Inc., we aim to process your orders promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, this does not include shipping times, which can take an additional 3 to 7 business days. Remember, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or during major holidays.
Business Days
Business days include weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays like New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Shipping FAQs
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and then shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping, handled by USPS, typically takes 3-7 business days. Processing times are separate from shipping times.
What if My Order is Delayed?
If your order is delayed due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if an item is out of stock, you will be notified of any changes or delays. During the holiday season, both processing and shipping times may extend. For more on shipping deadlines during the holidays, please check the USPS website.
When Will I Receive My Order?
After your order is processed and shipped, it will be delivered within the typical USPS timeframe of 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships; please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. If there’s no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service at info@hykuclub.com for assistance.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived more than 7 business days after the expected time, consider filing a claim with USPS. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, our customer service can assist you if your package was scanned as “Delivered” but has not arrived within 4 business days.
Concerns About Order Processing
If your order is still processing beyond 3 business days, please be patient, especially during busy periods or just after weekends or holidays. If concerns persist, contact us at info@hykuclub.com.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is ready to ship. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it, and add our email to your contacts to prevent future issues.
Changes to Your Order
Once your order is placed, we cannot change details like the name or address. Please verify all information before finalizing your purchase to avoid any issues with delivery.
